We are now offering remote Pro-Tuning for all of our customers who have purchased the M-Tuner Calibration Suite for M840T. For those of you who are looking for every ounce of safe power out of your McLaren, or have parts configurations not specified in our map notes, we can now customize your calibration remotely or at our South Florida Dyno Facility.
ProTuning purchase is good for a single octane.
Due to the complexity of adding injectors or upgraded turbos we charge an additional $250 for McLarens with upgraded fuel or turbo systems.
Additional octane maps are available for an added cost of $250.
ProTuning will also include the enabling of our M840T Motorsport Features Package at no additional charge.
*M-Tuner is required for ProTuning Services.
*Using a dyno is highly recommended and in most cases required for ProTuning. Dyno rental costs are NOT included with the purchase of a ProTune. Please refer to your local dyno facility for rental costs. M-Engineering is not responsible for any costs associated with renting and scheduling a dyno. Please reach out to us if you'd like to schedule a dyno rental at our South Florida office and dyno facility!

Scheduling Notice: ProTunes must be scheduled in advance with greater than 24 hours notice and must be approved by M-Engineering. M-Engineering is not responsible for the dyno scheduling of your dyno facility of choice, this is the customer's responsibility.

Business Hours: ProTunes will only be completed during our business hours of 9 AM to 6 PM ET, Monday through Friday. If the tuning process extends beyond these hours, an additional day for tuning must be scheduled and approved. Each additional tuning day will require a separate ProTune purchase.

Mechanical Issues: If a mechanical issue arises during the tuning process, the ProTune will be paused until the vehicle is repaired. A new date must be scheduled and approved to continue the tuning process.

Punctuality Policy: Our time is valuable. If a scheduled ProTune is more than 1 hour late to the appointment, the ProTune will be canceled and must be rescheduled and repurchased. No refunds will be issued for late or missed appointments under any circumstance.

Rescheduling Policy: Rescheduling must be requested with greater than 24 hours notice to avoid a ProTune repurchase.
- Delays Policy: Purchasing Protuning includes a time block of up to seven (7) hours. We understand that extenuating circumstances may arise during a protune, including issues that only become apparent once the vehicle is on the dyno. For this reason, we allow up to two (2) opportunities to reschedule if there are issues outside of M-Engineering's control that prevent the completion of the protune. If at least 72 hours' notice is provided prior to the scheduled appointment, the rescheduling will not count against this policy. Any subsequent rescheduling or delays caused by similar issues (e.g., mechanical problems, no-shows, or significant delays requiring after-hours assistance) will incur an additional fee of $1,000 per instance.

M-Engineering is also not liable for voided warranties due to installation of our products.
Return Policy: All sales are final and non-refundable. M-Engineering provides specific software calibrations for individual vehicle use and is not liable for misuse or vehicle behavior due to installation error or mechanical issues. M-Engineering will work one-on-one with individuals to assist with remote diagnosis to vehicles to our best ability and advise next-action steps as needed. End-users are responsible for vehicle maintenance, integrity of aftermarket parts installation, and having their vehicles up-to-date with their manufacturer's latest updates and TSB's.
